Over the last few weeks I’ve been preparing for the last races of the season which take place in Italy early next month. Then I’m home for a few days before I fly out to the Invictus Games in Sydney.
Training camps for Invictus have been going well and I’ve been approached by the BBC, along with three other athletes, to do a short programme which will go out on BBC 1 either just before the games or midway though the competition. We’ll be talking about out different backgrounds and the training we have been doing. My event takes place on October 21st, the first day of the games. There'll be a Time Trial in the morning followed by a Criterium race. Only four weeks to go now - make sure you tune in!
